Ganesha Puja

Ganesha Puja is celebrated in the month of August/ September every year in the premises of the temple. This typically falls in the Hindu calendar month of ‘Bhadrapada‘ starting on Shukla Chaturthi (fourth day of waxing moon period bright fort-night) and ending on Ananta Chaturdasi the fourteenth day.

 

Lord Ganesha, the Vighneswara, is worshiped by almost all sects, casts and in our country. The Lord Ganesha, is worshiped by the devotees for blessings as the lord of success, the destroyer of evils and the protector against adversity.  He is the Lord of wisdom, knowledge, wealth, and prosperity.

 

Ganesh Chaturthi is celebrated all over India   and is prayed by the devotees for the peace & prosperity of mankind.
